Your address
- When you build a Care Map from your address, it goes to our lookup, which asks the U.S. Census Geocoder for your county. Neither we nor the lookup save it.
- The live Care Map page and its link use the state and county, not your address.
Your Care binder
- Everything you type in the Care binder tools is saved in this browser on this device only. We never receive it.
- Anyone who uses this device and browser can see it. On a shared computer, use Erase this form when you are done.
- Download a copy to keep it safe or move it to another device.
Visit counts
We count page visits with the ConnectIDD site counter, which records the page and the day, not who you are.
